We wish to inform the public and relevant authorities that the recent forceful takeover and demolition of our clients’ legally acquired property by Minister of Works, David Umahi, is unlawful, unconstitutional, and a gross abuse of power.

Our clients possess valid titles and approvals. No compensation was paid. No court order was issued.

This illegal seizure will be challenged through every legal channel locally and internationally.
